If you change your mind on a product, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Number). Call us at 1-888-781-9035 to report any problem with your order and receive a RMA number. Shipping and handling is non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee (minimum of $4) will be placed on all returns. Customers must pay return shipping costs. Please return items through an insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be made using original purchase method.

Custom, sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Absolutely no returns for any items returned without a RMA number.

Damaged or Defective Items:

First, we apologize for this inconvenience. We pride ourselves on excellent quality control in production and shipping. However, if your order arrives broken or defective, simply notify us of the problem within 48 hours of delivery and we will fully refund you (including shipping & handling) or replace the item. Please call us at 1-888-781-9035 or by email to returns@flagoutpost.com to arrange return shipping of the damaged or defective item and to start the replacement or return process. Do not send back damaged goods without obtaining a RMA number first. No damage claims made after 48 hours will be honored. Please retain all packaging materials.
